All reservations are made using a vacation rental management system (VRMS) of ViVi Holiday Homes S.L. with tax number NIF: B93728483 and physical address of Calle Francisco Cano 9, 29640 Fuengirola, Málaga, Spain. Because all bookings are secured through this software system, your personal data provided to ViVi Homes will be stored on their servers at the time of booking.
Card payments are processed via the processing service offered by Mollie B.V., a company based in the Netherlands with offices at Keizersgracht 313, Amsterdam. If you have made a card payment for your reservation in order to exercise your rights, please contact the data protection officer at dpo@mollie.com.
In the event that you are currently subscribed to receive our newsletter or offers, certain personal data may be transferred to our partner, The Rocket Science Group, LLC 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA, who uses MailChimp, the service we use to manage the transmission of our customer communications.
