This beautiful apartment has 2 bedrooms, making it fit for 4 people. It also has 2 bathrooms.
Enjoy the apartment´s cozy living room, complete with a television and climate control. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you could need. Making it perfect for days you might want to stay in. During your stay you will be able to enjoy the gym, indoor pool, sauna and steam room.
For days you want to go out, the accommodation offers perfect access to La Cala de Mijas.
The fall / winter season is also perfect for golf on the Costa del Sol. Enjoy one of the many golf courses the region has to offer. With it's location in Mijas, you are close to some of the finest golf resorts.

Please note:
If not a family holiday, the minimum required age of guests is 30.
In the winter, outdoor pools are most likely closed. Indoor pools are usually still open.
There may be occasional noise disturbances in the area due to nearby construction.
The following uses and exceptions are made due to draught regulation , effective during the period from June 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024:
Pools: Partial refilling of public and private pools is allowed, provided they have a water recirculation system, in amounts necessary to replenish water lost due to evaporation, filter cleaning, and to ensure sanitary water quality.
Showers: Showers in sports facilities and pools may be used where mandatory, provided they are equipped with timed push-button systems, sensors, or similar devices.
Adapted beach showers: Showers on beaches adapted for use by people with reduced mobility may be operated.
Public drinking fountains: Public drinking fountains may be operated if equipped with timed push-button systems, sensors, or similar devices.
Street cleaning with pressure washers: The use of potable water for street cleaning and disinfection is allowed using low-consumption pressure washers.
Irrigation of green areas with non-potable water is allowed when available, with maximum utilization of this resource. The allocation will be 200 m³ per hectare per month, which can be increased to a maximum of 400 m³ per hectare per month for survival irrigation when there are species of special botanical interest. Irrigation of green areas with potable water is allowed only if non-potable water is unavailable or insufficient. In this case, the same allocation rules apply, and the use of potable water must not exceed 225 liters per inhabitant per day, with a 10% reduction in demand compared to the same period last year.
In both cases (non-potable and potable water), irrigation is limited to one day per week, with Tuesdays designated for Mijas. Surfaces irrigated with reclaimed water and with administrative authorization are exempt from this restriction.
Citizens are reminded that the area remains under a "severe drought" situation, so water consumption control, awareness, and pressure monitoring measures must continue. The population is urged to use water responsibly.
